Flueye-P Tablets provide a synergistic combination of Propranolol Hydrochloride (Sustained Release) 40 mg and Flunarizine 10 mg for the prophylactic treatment of migraine and other vascular headaches. Propranolol, a non-selective beta-adrenergic blocker, reduces migraine frequency through central serotonergic modulation and cerebral vasoconstriction. Flunarizine, a calcium channel blocker, inhibits cortical spreading depression and stabilizes vascular smooth muscle. The sustained-release Propranolol formulation ensures consistent plasma levels throughout the day, while the complementary mechanisms of both agents provide superior prophylaxis compared to monotherapy.
